I am still waiting to hear back from Telstra regarding my home phone that is not working

I put in a fault complaint at 10.30 and still haven’t heard from them

Sorry for any confusion. If you have lodged a complaint online, we will assign a case manager to contact you within 3-5 working days. This is displayed on the form.

 

If it has been longer than this since it was lodged then we can follow up for you. Let me know if you're still having trouble.
