I need to verify that I want to stay attached to my Parents in Laws account.

They are on the other side of the city and  they cannot run the Telstra app on their phones. They are both in their 80's. I have power of attorney and change over their account and they have been told that I have to verify myself or I will be taken off the account. How do I go about this?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Hey ShaneBodger

If you're currently listed on the account, it's best to get in touch with us through our messaging app: https://tel.st/jdypd

Alternatively, your nearest Telstra store can also give you a hand with this and you can make an appointment to visit your nearest store here: https://tel.st/nqvt5

You need to take the POA and other identification documents to your nearest Telstra store and get them verified. That should allow you to continue managing the Telstra account if you are already authorised on the account.
