Incoming caller ID

Since NBN connection incoming caller ID not working. Can someone help as are being hounded with nuisance calls.

Hi @Wen66 you'd need to talk to the faults area to have them take a look at why this is not now showing. You might want to have a look at using the Call Guardian handset to help screen your calls - this handset can be set to 'announce' mode and anyone who is not in your safe list of callers will need to announce their name and press the # key before you decide whether you want to talk to them. You can block them or accept the call without having to talk to the caller. Having to press the # key knocks out a lot of robo-diallers. Alternatively, when your caller id is working again, you can block numbers calling you via your MyAccount site now. Thank you for your assistance. I've upgraded our home phone using Telstra rewards and now incoming caller ID is working.
