We have had the telstra technician out to our house on a couple of occassions to fix our home line. A couple of days later the line stops working. The home phone rings but when you answer it, it keeps ringing and you cant actually speak to anyone. When you dial a number, the line makes a ringing noise and you cant dial out. We have been paying for a service that we cant even use for the past 7 months. GRRRRRR!
