Just had NBN put in and can't get rid of message bank

NBN has just been installed and I am trying to turn off the telstra message bank service but all the things on your help line do not work.

To turn off the Messagebank, simply dial #99# after you get your normal dial tone. All the information is available in the Telstra Home Phone Features Guide.

Hi @finance 

Sorry for the delay in answering. At times there can be issues that require it to manually be turned off. So if the codes don't work then best to give 13 22 00 a call :-)

BTW: Make sure there are no new or saved messages before trying to disable it.
