land line unable to make or receive call

For the last two weeks I have been unable to make or receive phone calls, all though telstra has tried to help the issue is still ongoing

Is it an NBN based service or a POTS service?

Not NBN based as do not have that service available

still waiting for telstra to call me re phones out of order

If Telstra are assisting, then it will be a case of waiting for the technician to find where the fault is and to fix it. You may need to lodge a complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints if it is still ongoing.

Have they said they were going to call you (hopefully not on the out of service number)?
