Landline Churn to Other

Hi,

I have recently churned my landline from Telstra to another provider.  Do I need to notify Telstra to stop billing me for the line, messagebank, caller ID or will this happen automatically? We still have 2 mobile services with Telstra.  I also need to know if I can return the rental landline phone to a Telstra Shop or Australia Post and is there a form I need to fill in to go with it?

Happens behind the scenes.

Maybe pop into a telstra shop. Ask for some form of proof of return for your files?
