Landline phone problem

My landline phone is not working.  Troubleshooting tool does not help.  WHY can't I report this to Telstra by email?  There appears to be no way of doing that.  But am I wrong?  Is there a way?

 

And no, I don't have a mobile phone.

 

Help!

You can contact Telstra via Live Chat, they should be able to help you report a fault with your home phone.
