Landline

I wish to disconnect my landline and the chat icon refuses to open, I absolutely refuse to call the helpline. How do I get in contact?

The simplest way is to call 132200 and say "Disconnections" at the prompt, which gets you through to the Disconnections Team in Adelaide.

 

The other way is via https://livechat.telstra.com
