Late Payment Fee

Hi I received my Invoice No" 160 9990 911 which shows a late payment fee of $15.00.

I have been a long-standing customer of Telstra for many many years and have never been late.

The payment was due on 27th January 2021, which was the day after Australia Day.

I was away for 1 week and came back late on Saturday evening. When I realised that the Telstra bill was due I made the payment via BPay promptly that evening.   

I ask that you please credit my Telstra account with the $15 fee charged taking into consideration the above circumstances.

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems.


To request the waiving of the late payment charge, you will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response.


And never post your mobile number in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
