Line faults

So is there a way in which I can contact Telstra online to “chat”to be able to report a fault on the landline. Problem being no mobile coverage. Priority assistance and it is virtually impossible to just go to an ONLINE chat to report the fault. Sure I could drive to an area where there is service and report from a mobile phone but sometimes housebound......

it is sooooo frustrating to say the least and spending so much time online to get a negative result is more so

i have tried everything I can possibly think of to find any chats online

Go to https://fix.telstra.com.au and it will run you through the troubleshooting and then put you in contact with someone if it can't be fixed by the troubleshooter.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
