long solid dial tone nbn homephone unable to recieve or make phonecalls

Hi,

I have a long solid dial tone on my phone when i try to make a call.

when i try and make a call i get a call end type dial tone.

when i ring my landline from my mobile it says conditional call forwarding is on.

I have tried #21# to try and turn off hasnt been successful.

i have chatted on 24 x 7 for 45 minutes only to be told i need to ring nbn service, i have no landline and no mobile coverage, so until i get to town i cant ollow this up

Anyone able to offer support please.

Hi ElissaRapmund,

 

I would suggest leaving the modem off for a minute before turning back on. Also make sure your phone is connected to the green phone port on the modem.

 

If still the same, technical support will be the next stop on 1800834273.
