Message bank

When I try and access message bank remotely for my home line, by dialing 125102, the service keeps telling me that my home landline number is an incorrect number.

There are other posts here about the same thing. Seems to be a Telstra issue so it may take some time to get fixed. But by all means report it via the My Telstra app, Get Help, blue chat icon
