Message Telstra chat transcript

I have had a long chat with Telstra using Message Telstra and was told by another Telstra person (who I was also communicating with in order to sort out the issues - someone based in AU) who advised if I said the issue had been resolved it would at the end allow me to obtain the chat transcript.  I am looking at it now and it says the conversation i resolved but there is NO option to allow the transcript to be emailed to me can anyone help as I want to have this for proof purposes

Copy the contents into the notepad app and save into a file.


From memory, you could see a + at the end of the chat, which would allow an email address to be entered, but there have been reports that delivery cannot be relied on.
