Move home phone to NBN

I placed an order to move my home phone line to NBN on 12 May 2020 via the internet portal. No action happened. Then Telstra called me about moving my service to NBN on 27 July 2020. The agent did his best to prioritise my order.  Still no action has occurred. How do I contact Telstra to find out the status or cancel this order?!  This is ridiculous - it's coming onto 5 months!
