Moved home phone from Dodo to telstra

We moved my elderly mums landline ( nbn) from Dodo to telstra....Now her sister and Nephew cant call her   ( they are with Dodo), but I can call from Sydney and other providers ( not Dodo) can call through.  Has Dodo been a bunch of pric#s here, or has Telstra ( there where some config issues when they moved over) not done something they should have with the move ???

It sounds like Dodo haven't updated the call forwarding properly in their database to direct the calls to the Telstra network.


You will need to contact Telstra and ask them to liaise with the Dodo porting team to get it rectified.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
