My bill

Answered

Hi,

I recently bundled my existing Telstra phone and internet plan with my Foxtel. My new bill was supposed to be around $134 per month. Can you please explain why it's $164, is it because it's the first one? If it's going to be this price all the time there was no point in combining them as I went down in internet data and won't have really saved any money?

Louise

Re: My bill

It may be that it is more than a month charge (pro-rata) for any new additional services you'd added.

You should be able to tell this by looking at the detailed charges on the other pages of the bill while observing the to and from dates next to each charge.

If you still aren't able to make sense of it, because this is primarily a user-to-user support forum with little input from Telstra Staff you might be better off calling 132200 and speaking to the billing team, or jump on Live Chat at https://livechat.telstra.com/TCOM:Crowdsupport:Consumer
