No caller ID. It's disappeared

Ever since we got nbn, the cordless home ph which had caller ID  no longer displays it. What happpened? I've called the call centre in Mumbai twice and still the problem isn't resolved. Can anyone help out?

Sorry for the frustrating experience, this is never what we want. My best guess is that it fell off due to the migration to nbn, and it should have been easy enough for support to add it back to your service. Once the order is placed to put it back on it can take 24-48 hours to complete. How recently did you contact support?
