Our phones are dead. We have no dial tone.
How do we get support from Telstra when we cant call them and their website just gets us nowhere. There are apparently no support services at all.

Really. Our phones (they're all land lines) are not working.
Even my 3CX Soft Phone, on my laptop is not working.
So I cannot contact any phone numbers.
I'll give the link a try.
Note: Without a phone, I can't find any Telstra support. Their website is just rubbish.

Re: No Dial Tone on Phone line
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). Start with a message stating your full name and the problem, then in the next message type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human.
