No gateway or no connection

When I am on a phone call it cuts off saying no gateway or lost connection .I have to recall the person 3 to 4 times during a 20 minute call

If your phone is using the NBN it could be a intermittent line fault. If you are using NBN the lights on the modem will change co;our when fault occurs. Ring support 132200 and report a fault.
