Out of Area for all phone numbers on caller ID

About 1 month ago we noticed that all our incoming calls were showing on the caller ID as out of area. It took me several hours with Telstra and it's finally seem to have been fixed after two different days and two different consultants. When they did the last check  this evening to see if it was working I could tell them that it had been working now for a couple of hours and that it seems to be rectified. As soon as they closed the case and we got another call it showed as out of area again. What is going on with Telstra could you please fix this permanently thank you
