Overcharge Resolution

Does anyone know how you can resolve an overcharge?  No one replies when you message on the Telstra 24/7 app, and you can't get through to anyone and then online chat doesn't seem to be working.  I appreciate there are delays with Covid, however, they send out disconnection notices without any avenue to resolve THEIR billing error.

You need to use the My Telstra app (the 24/7 app was replaced a couple of months ago). Send a message (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond within a few hours.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
