phone diversion

How do I remove diversion from home phone after problem is fixed, they told me to put in    #21#  I have put it in but still calls are getting diverted to mobile phone I need to get it taken off .


Maybe I never put the  #21# in right, as wasn't sure who to send it to.

either pick up and then dial #21# and it should dial it as if it was ringing it as a number and you are good or dial the number so it is on the screen and then push the dial button on the handset if it is that style of phone and again you should be able to hear it dial the number and from memory give you a confirmation message.
