Re: Phone line address
Hi Han, you could log into your My Account page, and check the billing address there, and if incorrect, there is provission to edit and change it to the correct address.
If you then still have concerns, you would need to make direct contact with Telstra Accounts and billing, as obviously on a public forum access to personal details accounts etc. aren't available NB: I'd also go back and remove those details from your original post, not a good thing to display those details publicly.
