Refund of credit balance on my bill

Hi everyone,

 

I would like to refund my credit balance on my phone bill. However, I have already moved out from Australia to another country for a few years already. Could anyone give me the email address or free phone number so that I can contact the relevant department for further detail and assistance? Thank you very much.
