remotely divert landline to mobile

Hi, I no longer have a phone connected to my land line wall socket. I wish to have all calls to my landline number diverted to my mobile. Q: Can I do the diversion without a landline phone connected to the wall socket? ie. can I do the action remotely. This would be the same if I was in a remote location and wishing to create the diversion.
