Re: remove my deceased mother's homephone from my account
You will need to contact Telstra, either by calling 132200 and saying "Bereavements" at the prompt (mainly for if you need to cancel the account as well), or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred tot he queue to chat with a human.
It can take a few hours to get an initial response (normally 7am-8pm Mon-Fri AEDT).
