Stutter dial tone persists

Still getting stutter dial tone after Telstra inform me that messagebank has been removed from fixed line nbn service. Telstra Reference Number for this request is SR 1-2250068262237

As I explained to another person ..... when migrating to NBN.. messagebank is on by default as part of the activation. The only way to stop the notification sound is to complete the activation of messagebank and then listen to the messages causing the notification sound then delete all the messages and then disconnect the mesagebank and then have it cancelled.

Thanks ProfessorPhone. Messagebank (or at least the stutter dialtone) appeared a couple of weeks after the NBN migration. As I've already had the messagebank removed by Telstra, it looks like I'm stuck with SDT until I get someone at Telstra to fix it.
