technical appointment

I have been fooled twice by Telstra about technical appointment. I still don't know the reason why nobody came on the agreed date twice! I made doublechecks each time the day before the technical appointment with 132200 and they all said that yes they will come, which is absolutely not ture. Apart from that, they asked me to cancel the contract and reprocess a new one which so far seems useless. It is pretty rude to let me wait for 4 hours and take it for granted twice! I called Telstra several times during waiting to make sure they will come and they have already solved the previous issue and they said yes they solve the problem. I need to know the real reason why you fooled me twice and just reprocessing my contract for the third time doesn't satisfy me at all! what if your guy don't come like the first and second time
