Telstra App "Call Forwarding' codes are not working
Telstra App not working for 'Call Forwarding". Have contacted your call centres but either cannot understand what they are saying or they are not fully trained as they have not been able to correct the problem.

You haven't indicated what device you want to apply Call Forwarding to, I am guessing your home phone?
Not sure why Telstra move and/or change things that work, but they do.. or it might just be a coding error because the same issues exist on the My Account web page as far as I can see..
