Telstra landline hone purchase

I bought and paid for a phone at the Telstra online shop (bank proof/paid) on the 20th of May,so far I have seen nothing and after complaining to Telstra (ph call) I was told that the matter would be checked.Nearly 2 months later?????????????????

I was given a Ref number re the matter but once again I have had no joy.

Is there someone that I can actually talk to on the phone that knows how to deal with this matter? The girl I originally spoke to was advising her "supervisor"...yeah right!
