Telstra sucks

Nothing"s simple. Nbn sucks. Call centre sucks. Telstra sucks. Telstra has no idea how to look after it's loyal customers. They blatantly lie to you and basically don't give a damn. Why can't you just ring them, tell them the issue with their service and they help because your a paying customer. Too much to ask for I guess. As long as they have your money, what do they care. Shame on them, but that's also something they fail at.
