Where is Telstra Support?

Currently, calling Telstra for support gets a message to go to Telstra comau support. No problem. The best option there is "fix an issue" or "home phone" but both lead to a page where there best option is to login. After logging in, the message is "There are currently no problems with email!". There are no option options to get help with fixing my issue with my home phone. I know sole traders who spend less than 50 hours a year on their website and have a more helpful website. How many people does Telstra have in its IT department? Is he full-time or part-time? (sorry, but using the pronoun "she" here would be offensive to women.)
