Why can't I load/watch video or TV on my T-Hub

Some videos filesrequire the Adobe Flash program, which is basically an application used to run the videos, and currrently like most smartphones the T-Hub does not support these file types. Most companies have ceased support Flash as it can be an unstable platform.

However the T-Hub User Guide, confirms that it will support:

Music files: MP3, WAV, WMA.

While the T-Hub2 supports: MPEG2, MPEG4, DivX4, 5, 6. XviD, H.263, H.264.

It will not support AAC or AAC+ file types. So please check that you only have .mp3, .wav, .wma music files loaded in your SD card.

If you are having trouble with You Tube videos of the following variety: the following: MOV, .MPEG4, .AVI, .WMV, .MPEGPS, .FLV, 3GPP,  WebM you may need to make an adjustment to the settings on your T-Hub:

·         Go to the Settings menu -> Apps -> All tab

·         Scroll down the Apps list and select YouTube

·         At the bottom of screen, click the Clear Cache button

·         At the top right of screen is a button to Uninstall Updates. After pressing this button, it will ask the user to confirm, then the tablet will revert to the factory version of YouTube.

The T-Hub Video player will support most files that are of the format WMV, AVI, FLV. Again make sure that you have videos in this format. Youtube videos can be accessed via the Youtube application on your T-Hub.
