why is my bigpond email account being prevented from receiving emails without prior warning
After ending my home internet and landline package with Telstra (because I am moving in with someone who already had Telstra internet and landline package) my bigpond email account is no longer able to receive emails. I was assured in numerous phone calls to Telstra that my email would remain active and given no warning that it would be disabled.
I have been told "the area has a system outage" but no other bigpond email customes I know are having this problem (and there are hundreds here at work). My bigpond email account was disabled minutes after my home internet and landline were cut. A coincidence.....
Anyone else had this issue?
