4G Sierra USB Activation Problems

I have phoned telstra about the issue they said they upgraded me to an level 2 issue and they would phone me back i am yet to hear from them its been about 24 hours

 

so this is what i get i hit register

Is their anyway to fix this?

 

i have unistalled re-installed and so on already

Hold the Shift key and click on Settings. From there, click on Diagnosis and tick the box that says "This device is activated".

okay that worked when i connect my network sharing center says i have internet access but when i open up web pages they dont connect as if i dont have interent access.

 

any ideas?

okay i seem to have fixed it had to reinstall drivers and allow exceptions in firewall and virous scanner

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Setup direct debit
