Activating Account

Is anyone else having trouble getting through on the phones to activate their mobile broadband? I have tried all day today, been on hold for about 20-30 mins each time then get hung up on.


Why did Telstra take away the activate online option. Would have been so much easier.

I am really sorry that you could not get through to us to activate your mobile broadband  first time around. :smileysad:

We have had quite a high traffic load over the past 36 hours and have continued to work hard to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible experience.

thanks for your reply, but again tried all day and only get as far as being on hold then get hung up on again. Starting to get frustrated.. is there no other way to activate it?

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
