Bonus Credit

Answered

Logging into My Account/My Balance underneath it shows My Plus Pack Balance with Bonus Credit. The Bonus Credit has an expiry date (upcoming) for the past couple of recharges. It doesn't allow me to use this, so I'm wondering why it shows it at all. When I have recharged in the past there has been no bonus anything in regards to extra gigs or a balance of 50.00 with the bonus showing a new balance of 60.00.

Curious to know

Re: Bonus Credit

At the time of the original post this would have been accurate however since this time there have been changes to how you can use mobile broadband data SIMs. These can only be used in data only devices now such as dongles and tablets.

I hope this clarifies and let me know if you need any further assistance.
