Broadband activation

Hi all please can anyone help...
I've been waiting for 27 hrs for my broadband activation after being told in an email it would take 4 I've messaged plus used The virtual assistant to no avail

This is mobile broadband? Pre Paid or Post Paid? Is it a new device and SIM, or just one of those? What device is it?

Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
