Changing DNS Settings

Does anyone know how to change the DNS Settings for my Telstra Bigpond Wireless Broadband Service? I have tried various entries without success.

I am using AirCard Watcher with a Telstra supplied Sierra Wireless Modem.

but you missed the point of my question. I wish to change to different DNS Server, from the Bigpond ones. Also your answer does not list how to do this in a manner which will work.

Thanks, but I went through all this and still no change in DNS when I checked on the Operating System. Must be hard coded in the Telstra supplied Sierra Wireless Modem.....

You can change the DNS on your PC or device. Have you tried changing them there?

I now own a Netgear Wireless Broadband Modem wi-fi hotspot, and the settings are simple. Thank you guys.
