Data Sim not activating

We purchased a data sim for my wife's iPad as she'll be working up North on Thursday 14th of January and they said 2-4 hrs for the activation. It is now the 19th, my wife has left and she can't use her iPad since the sim hasn't been activated as yet. Quite appalling!

Another 2 days have gone and still nothing has happened.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
