I upgrade my mobile date plan yesterday, but after 24hrs I still don’t have the data. I upgraded to the 200gb. I’ve tried calling but just can’t get anyone to talk to me. I tried the live chat but found I talking to compute. I don’t know what to do as I need to talk to someone from Telstra, I’ve been trying to talk to someone from Telstra for 4 days on another matter. So if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
