I am not ware that Telstra sell or supply that USB dongle, Are you sure it is an MF920Z? not V? I believe Optus have used them..

The battery looks to be user replaceable and is probably available on eBay at reasonable cost - just check the numbers on the actual battery match the one on sale

Sorry it is a model MF910Z and is definately a Telstra 4GX dongle

So again are replacement batteries sold at a telstra shop

Yes, that one is deployed by Telstra. But I doubt they will carry spare batteries.. or do replacements.. and if they do, it would probably be cheaper to buy a new dongle..

Depends how capable and confident you feel/are with getting the covers of it...

No. Telstra do not carry replacement batteries. You best option is through eBay.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
