Drivers for 4G Broadband ZTE

HI all My son is using the Telstra pre-paid 4G broadband stick on his windows PC.

He keeps losing internet access.  He's been to the local Telstra store on a number of occasions.  He was given a download location for drivers which, as he doesn't have internet because of the lousy technology, I downloaded.  Once installed they gave him access again for a couple of weeks.  He's again dropped off this past weekend.  I spent 30 minutes yesterday at the Telstra store, was given instructions for the connection manager, which I was assured would work - ho! ho!.  They've been followed with no success.

I am looking for the location to download the drivers again to see whether we can get him working.  I have to say my husband and I have been with Telstra for close on 30 years, but I'm getting pretty peeved with their service, their costs and a refusal to properly support products they sell.  If a product such as this keeps dropping out it should be replaced.  He shouldn't have to go back to the Telstra store on multiple occasions to try and get it fixed..

I would appreciate advice on where to download the drivers.

Anne
