I am unable to address emails without a message "ERROR" "Your request could not be completed" "Please try again"

Help as I need to send emails.

Me tooI. I logged issue 2 hours ago. I have issue as soon as type about 3 characters or try to choose a contact. You getting it at that point? Was fine yesterday.
