Excess data mismanagement

I'm using home wireless broadband. My account for this states "Speeds capped at 1.5Mbs once data allowance exceeded", but I've been sent emails stating that I've been charged $10/excess GB.

 

I recommend anyone else in the same situation takes a screenshot of their account to help with dispute at billing time. Be sure to capture the time and date.
