Fire TV stick Lite not connecting with 4GX modem

Hi there,

Just bought a prepaid 4GX modem MF985T. Works fine with PCs, however when using with Fire TV stick lite, will connect to the WIFI network ok, but will not play back any amazon video content. Interestingly will connect to amazon music, will connect to other apps like iview, but just not Prime Video. Speed test is fine >70mbps

Has anyone come across this problem before, specifically with MF985T modem? Saw some other similar posts on Firestick, but unsure how to apply solutions to this modem in particular.

Any help appreciated.
