Free data top ups

I have tried repeatedly to obtain a data top up. I go through the process on T24/7 and receive message SUCCESS We're processing your. etc. And an assurance I will receive a confirming email within the hour. Doesn't happen and I still show three free updates available. Any suggestions?

IF there is an issue activating a Top-Up via the 24x7 app, then I would suggest having a chat with LiveChat - https://livechat.telstra.com/ or support on 132200 and they should be able to help out.

If it isn't working via 24x7 that might suggest there is something else going on that the account team might need to assist with.
