How can I cancel a Mobile Broadband plan I currently have during the COVID-19 situation?

Answered

I have two Mobile Broadband plans (old and new) and when I'm sure the new one is working I will cancel the old plan. BUT currently the only way seems to be to phone 132200 which never puts me through - not a matter of waiting, I just get cut off. There seems to be no way to cancel a plan online, not via Telstra website, not via 24X7 App.

Help anyone?

Has to be done in a Telstra shop in person.  (Oh, and yes, this did work!).

Thanks Rodm, I'll visit them again before they issue any bills. Will see how it goes.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
