I activated a new pre-paid broadband number and 4G wi-fi device using "My Account" to verify my id yesterday (26/12). The new number is not yet showing as one of my pre-paid services. Do I have to wait for Telstra to add this service or can I do it myself. If I can add it myself, how do I do so? Everything is working but I want to be able to check credit levels and later recharge via My Account.

Is the service still not showing in My Account? It should take 48 hours from activation.

Hi Ben, the new number is not showing yet but it is only a little past the 48 hour mark since activation. I'll wait a bit longer and check again later before making contact again.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW HOW. ACTIVATED NEW BB DEVICE BUT CANT FIND A A WAY TO RECHARGE IT...
